I've seen this failure on Ubuntu 12.10 (tested F18,17,16 and CentOS 6.3 and I haven't seen this)

It would be useful to have the pkgdata files for this task and to compare them with a known good build. Can you look at the "manifest-x86_64-eglibc.packagedata" file in tmp/sstate-control and create a tarball of the files there (or share the packageinfo sstate file for eglibc). We can then compare with a known good build.

I did a -ccleansstate eglibc before saving that data :(... It didn't failed anymore.
