core image minimal build failure with systemtap and perf packages.

while do_rootfs its expecting /usr/bin/python

error: Failed dependencies:
        /usr/bin/python is needed by systemtap-1.8+git1+48fa6b5e1d3e636c34cbd5650370e6f634efc294-r0.armv7a_vfp_neon
        /usr/bin/python is needed by perf-3.4-r5.imx6qsabrelite


Workaround : 

By removing these two packages manually, fixes the issue.
