Compliance program emails are sent as plain-text (appropriately) but they are very difficult to read. Change the message to fit into 70 chars or less width, possibly restructuring it so that it is easier to read at a glance. Note that all readers will be looking for the presence of "yes" and "no" answers to each of the form's questions, and for the explanations section.
