If in the recipes and packages pages you type a search string that returns no results, you get a message and a "Clear search" button that, when clicked, should do the following:

1. remove the infobar
2. show back the full contents of the table
3. clear the search text field 
4. give focus to the search text field, so that it is ready to receive input

Currently, the button does 1 to 3, but not 4.
