This Intel Graphics Stack release is too late to include in the YP 1.4 now. So need to be addressed after 1.4 release.

The 3 remaining patches(upgrades) have been merged to oe-core/meta-intel. Closing the issue since we are now compliant with Intel Graphics Stack, Release 2013q1.
