Created attachment 1163 [details] weton compositor Teste on master:95b71d2b03a3a6dc5d32a7d6a84ec3420f39aa61 STEPS TO REPRODUE: 1. Build an image with Wayland To enable in an image, you need to add the following parameters in conf/local.conf: CORE_IMAGE_EXTRA_INSTALL += "wayland weston" By default, the weston will be built with only the X11-backend compositor. To enable the DRI/KMS backend (in order to run weston directly on hardware), you need to also add DISTRO_FEATURES_append = " wayland" # notice the extra space, it's important ! 2. Launch qemu built with wayland 3. Click on Weston icon EXPECTED RESULTS 3. Weston compositor is displayed ACUTAL RESUTLS 3. matchbox statusbar appears on top of Weston. See attachment
