It's strange that this bug only happen when start contacts for the 1st time on new created image. After that, everything runs well. /usr/libexec/e-addressbook-factory(from eds-dbus) will be executed via Dbus when contacts started to handle addressbook. I found when this bug happend, there is a seg fault from e-addressbook-factory. e-addressbook-factory would try to open a data named ~/.evolution/addressbook/local/system/addressbook.db and create the data base if not exist(for the 1st time), then add openhand as 1st contact. The root cause is that after creation the DB handler is not saved properly, so that a NULL pointer reference happen when add openhand as contact. Fix will be out soon. Pls. see e_book_backend_file_load_source @ addressbook/backends/file/e-book-backend-file.c |
