Description Jerry Henzel 2013-05-29 15:50:33 UTC
Original poky source obtained from GIT (git clone -b dylan git://git.yoctoproject.org/poky.git)

ADT_Installer built using bitbake adt-installer. Results in .bz2 file as expected. Once this is extracted to its own folder and the adt_installer script run it throws an error.

The installer notes that it is looking for http://adtrepo.yoctoproject.org/1.4.1/adt-ipk/x86_64-nativesdk. The values seems to be configured in opkg/conf/opkg-sdk-x86_64.conf (and corresponding x86 conf file). There is no such URL. Only 1.4 exists when checking the URL. Note that the ADT_REPO is also noted in adt_installer.conf file and potentially in several other locations.

Changing all scripts to look for version 1.4 instead of version 1.4.1 permits the installer to run further.

Hi Jerry,

This issue is fixed by creating a symlink on on adt repo for 1.4.1 which link to 1.4
