Testing Env:    
Host: Ubuntu 10.04 LTS
Kernel: 2.6.32-21-generic-pae
Image location: http://autobuilder.pokylinux.org/milestone/20101014

This issue was found with qemuarm/qemuppc, maybe other arches also have
this issue.

1. download the images from the build server.
2. boot up either arch with the sato image, for example qemuarm.
3. run command 'zypper', error message can arise:

root@qemuarm:~# zypper 
zypper: error while loading shared libraries: libtasn1.so.3: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory
root@qemuarm:~# tasks
tasks: error while loading shared libraries: libtasn1.so.3: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory
