Fix for oe-buildenv-internal quitting shell if unmet pythin dependencies

Sourcing oe-init-build-env is a required step to prep the build environment (and the first one to be done).
If there are unmet dependencies on Python:
 * Python is 3 and up
 * Python is less than 2.7.3 the subinclusion of scripts/oe-buildenv-internal will quit the active shell.

It does not present any meaningful way to determine the issue at hand, therefore making harder fixing it.

The patch fixes this by modifying the exit statement to be return instead which just exits the inclusion scrips and presents a meaningful message.
