Hi,

I think that Depends of infomation in http://packages.yoctoproject.org/upgradepkgname has broken. 

Depends and Description are the same. 
And the link is stretched by the word of Depends. 
Now, we cannot acquire the information of right Depends.

The package reporting scripts were broken when Bitbake started requiring Python 2.7.3 or greater. I have compiled the needed version of Python and all modules and with Emilia's help the scripts are now working again. I do not know if the depends/description being incorrect followed the Python change or was pre-existing. 

Please let me know if I can do anything to help.
