I wanted to generate a QtE SDK to use with my beaglebone black. For this, I followed the instructions here: http://www.angstrom-distribution.org/building-angstrom Once built, I installed the SDK by running angstrom-eglibc-i686-armv7a-vfp-neon-toolchain-qte-v2012.12.sh, which prompted me for a target directory. If I use a custom directory (says /foo), then qmake will report "Using Qt version 4.8.1 in /usr/local/oecore-i686/sysroots/i686-angstromsdk-linux/usr/lib", instead of /foo/.... QtCreator will refuse to add this Qt Version in options->build&run->Qt_versions If the SDK is installed in its default install prefix, then QtCreator "accepts" this new Qt version. You have mixed 2 bugs together here. The initial reported bug is resolved. A new bug should be opened for the second. Broken links now all have redirects to relevant pages. URLs in the product description have been corrected. |
