Internationalization is core feature of Qt. the qtdemo webbrowser in Ubuntu and Windows can display Chinese page correctly, however, in poky, it does not works well. this may be due to several factors, e.g. no font installed, encoding/locale setting.

so file a bug to tracking this QT I18N issue.

reproduce step:

1. boot netbook with IP address assigned
2. # qtdemo
3  select "Demonstration" -> "Browser", click "lunch"
4. set proxy Edit->Preference->Proxy to intel proxy
5. visit Chinese web like "www.sina.com.cn"

The core project will not deliver i18n, this is left to the product development teams that are using yocto and poky projects.
