I've only run accross this once, but it's obviously a corner case issue.

WARNING: The recipe libcheck is trying to install files into a shared area when those files already exist. Those files and their manifest location are:

This was because "check" was added in master that duplicates libcheck. check has now been removed as of the following commit:
