If not already implemented it would be nice to have a notification system that informs via email all cc'd addresses on the success or failure of a build.

This isn't a toaster issue, it could be done as a generic class containing an eventhandler which hooked the appropriate build success/failures.

this used to work, Now we follow the wiki patch for buildlogs.
