Weston should be verified to work on some qemus, such as qemux86 and qemuarm.

Tested on core-image-weston without x11:

On qemu:
   With drm (with or without cirrus) -> blank screen
   With fbdev -> weston starts but only on the upper half of the qemu window
On virtual box:
   The same as qemu
On vmware:
   With drm -> xf86-video-vmware depends on X11
   With fbdev -> works fine.
