ADT installer not working in 20131127-4 build (autogen.sh file missing)

When executing adt test, error emerges as follow:

OPKG is not setup, setting up opkg in local, which is required for installing yocto ADT...

Configure opkg ...

looks like "autogen.sh" is missing from tarball.
