The environment files(environment-setup-XXX, site-config-XXX, version-XXX) are currently generated and tarred into the final image directly by meta-toolchain. We need to add a new bbfile to put them into a package so the installer can install them from the ipk repository.

fixed in commit 6a31a2a.

Added the meta-environment.bb.
