STEPS TO REPRODUCE:
1. Install Eclipse using a haeadless build 
2. Create a new BitBake Commander Project
3. Select the project, and in Eclipse toolbar select: Project -> Lauch HOB.
4. Select any Bitbake build directory which has compiled pseudo-native.  

EXPECTED RESULT:
HOB launches successfully.

ACTUAL RESULT:
HOB doesn't launch and an error is displayed in the console from which eclipse had been launched: The file does not exist for the external tool named hob.


The bug doesn't reproduce on Ubuntu 13.10
