Description Andrey Telepin 2014-02-08 15:12:25 UTC
When i try build yacto for i.mx6 (gateworks ventana board http://trac.gateworks.com/wiki/OpenEmbedded/Building) i get next error:
GateWorks/Ventana/fsl-community-bsp/build/tmp/work-shared/gcc-4.7.2-r13/gcc-4.7.2/libgcc/libgcc2.c: In function '__absvdi2':
GateWorks/Ventana/fsl-community-bsp/build/tmp/work-shared/gcc-4.7.2-r13/gcc-4.7.2/libgcc/libgcc2.c:273:1: internal compiler error: Segmentation fault

I test in two diferent system x86 old installed kununtu 13.10 and x86_64 with fresh kubuntu 13.10

I try switch to new GCC 4.9.0 compiled from source - same error
Problem solved by switch from gcc-4.7.2 to gcc-4.7.3 (but my solutian is dirt, i just skip some pathch destributed with 4.7.2)

It looks like you are using version 1.3, which is a fairly old version of the build system that we no longer support especially on modern Linux distributions. Please upgrade to a newer version, or if that will not work with the BSP you are using, contact the folks that wrote the page you have linked to for support.
