For supporting Eclipse plugin poky tree mode, we require user do "bitbake meta-ide-support" need to add detection if user hasn't done so and prompt the user to do so...

This bug has been fixed by commit f4727782f56141b7b, Jan 29, 2011.

verified against latest eclipse plugin
