Using oe-selftest, we need to add tests to check if hard dependencies for setscene tasks are executed and that they are executed correctly.

Also third similar test:

bitbake gzip-native:do_clean avahi:do_clean expat:do_clean pigz-native:do_clean base-passwd:do_cleansstate
bitbake avahi | tee

You will currently see pigz-native being rebuilt even though it was in sstate (which is a bug). After a fix is applied, you will see pigz-native installed from sstate and not rebuilt which is the correct behaviour.
