We need to document how to find the available scc files to add to KERNEL_FEATURES for any given linux-yocto repository and add it to the section(s) on changing the kernel configuration.

Moving to 2.1, since this is impacted by the split of the meta
data out of the kernel tree. We need that to settle, and then
can much more easily to this. But squeezing it all into the same
release is a stretch.

Bruce, According to RP, we did separate the data out, is there an update?
