There should be a way to download the build artifacts using the Toaster web interface.

These links can be displayed on the Build Summary page, and only when the build artifacts are available for download.

This bug is very heavy because toaster does not collect enough information during build monitoring to provide download capabilities for a set of the fields listed in the design.

I'm splitting this overarching bug under four components:

6834 - provide a generic way to download artifacts from a build environment

6835 - collection of log files for failed builds/tasks and saving them, since the design requires that these files be always available

6836 - saving extra information for the recorded builds, information that is not available in the 1.6 release

6837 - modifications in the user interface to bring it up to the design document listed here

We should think about providing downloads for package files, if they still exist in the build environment, similarly to the kernel files.

Since we already collect this information, the implementation effort impact is minimal, and I think it would be very helpful for the user to be able to download built packages.
