Found some blue wire/white wire changes needed.  Test rig being developed by CircuitCo.  Should be sent 4/18 to Intel.

The rig is now with Divya.  They can see some of the CPU now.  A new Firmware update is needed to insure this does not have a HW problem.

The Firmware files from David where both successful today in accessing the VLV2 cores and manipulating the registers and memory using the ITPII.
