Please add the following target milestones for both the HW (MinnowBoard MAX/hw-minnowmax-…) and Firmware (Firmware /minnowmax-edk2)

And for firmware:

Firmware seems wrong. There are currently 5 bugs assigned to the 1.5 range. Shall I move these to "---" (unspecified) and remove the 1.5 milestones for firmware?

Yes, please remove all the 1.5 firmware milestone.  Put them blank and I will move them to the correct firmware items.
