Default toolchain.cmake generated by Eclipse plugin sets CMAKE_FIND_ROOT_PATH as empty. This causes issues with find_path using CMAKE_FIND_ROOT_PATH as the HINT. The toolchain.cmake file should instead set CMAKE_FIND_ROOT_PATH to $ENV{OECORE_NATIVE_SYSROOT} ${OECORE_TARGET_SYSROOT}.
