It'd be good if we used sticky headers for the tables in toaster which are often very long.

http://plugins.jquery.com/StickyTableHeaders/

simple as doing:

<style>
#otable th { background: white; border-bottom: 1px solid #ddd; }
</style>

<script>
$('#otable').stickyTableHeaders();
</script>

produces screenshot attached.

yes, please!

We just need to keep in mind:

* Test the plugin in the directory structure table, to make sure nothing breaks
* We now have a fixed navbar at the top of every page
* We need to tweak the styles of the <thead> to anchor them visually: otherwise you get a bit lost when you scroll. Something like this

thead { background-color: #f5f5f5; border-bottom: 1px solid #ddd; }

should do.

Also, the license: I a not sure if we'll need to add the plugin to the IP plan (AlexD should know).

Thanks!
