Maybe we should just let it be? We don't uniquely identify projects by name, so that's not a problem. Well, maybe we don't need to fix this right now, but I can see the issue. Although we don't uniquely identify projects by name in the database, we do in the interface, so having a table with project names that actually refer to different project pk's can be confusing. Adding how to handle project name validation in the configuration pages (apologies: completely missed that case).
This is already in progress review, so moving to 2.2M1 Marking this issue as resolved. Snapshot shows that toaster does not let the user create two projects with the same name.
Verified in commit 6f0c5537e02c59e1c8f3b08f598dc049ff8ee098
Steps taken to verify:
1. Started Toaster
2. Created a project named : "projec1"
3. Tried to create a second project with the same name : "projec1"
