With parallel make enabled in openssl:

we now see occasional failures like:

I'd like to move this bug to future since I'm not sure I can fix it correctly atm:-).

Will be solved by disabling parallel build via PARALLEL_MAKE = "".

Parallel make is disabled for the time being in openssl.

Reprioritize since we at least have a workaround.

Richard found an upstream bug for this, which has been fixed in 1.0.2d.  Patch on the list.
