Once the GPIO wake feature is enabled in the UEFI settings under Device Manager -> System Setup ->South Cluster Configuration->Miscellaneous Configuration->GPIO Wake Capability <Enable/Disable>, it is not possible to toggle the ANY GPIO outputs or read GPIO values using the GPIO WinRT API's. Disabling the GPIO wake capability, enables the GPIO outputs.

I think, we should only have a dedicated GPIO pin for wake up, but other pins should continue to work as input or output.

Test image attached. After enabling GPIO wakeup by Setup, only pin21 of HDR26 (Low speed expander) has the wakeup capability. Other pins continue to work as input/output.

Test image fixes the problem.
