org.yocto.sdk.ide.createRemoteDebugLauncher() will create a .gdbinit file under target sysroot. This would cause a permission denied issue when the sysroot is untarred from meta-toolchain, because now the /opt/poky is owned by root.

It'd better to put the .gdbinit under project directory instead of the target sysroot.

Use project root to store the debug configuration file. Current default toolchain location is not owned by a normal user.

This bug should have been fixed by below changeset.

Verified that with the commit http://git.pokylinux.org/cgit/cgit.cgi/eclipse-poky/commit/?id=fb9b976d88544372c106e31c40f6093e396bbaf7, the .gdbinit file is created under the project directory.
