python3-distribute fails to import some libraries, hance is unusable, this may be solved simply by adding the required libraries as RDEPENDS_${PN}, still need to check what libraries are necessary.

Verified on master: e35c404537db0b46047fcb2ee7d3645e3e0935c5
No errors using easy3_install; in this version is used python3-setuptools that replaced python3-distribute
