With latest RC1 build, rootless X is introduced for atom-pc image. A non-root user, xuser, is by default used when X is started up. With the user, it is failed to get device lists with connman-applet. It must be granted privilege to start connman-applet.

connman-applet works now, verify this bug in GM image with fix.
