Design - 2.3.1 Custom image details
2 changes to this page:
1. Create separate tabs for 'packages included' and 'all packages', so the page is really 2 pages now with 2 different tables.
2. Include a new state for packages brought in through dependencies (applies only to the dependencies of packages manually added by users via the 'add package' button)

Some small changes in the way we display packages brought in by dependencies, and included an additional state for packages added via the IMAGE_LINGUAS variable (see pages 4-5 and 12-14).
