Description Elliot Smith 2015-09-10 12:30:15 UTC
In analysis mode, builds which are in progress don't show above the builds table (/toastergui/builds/) in the "Latest builds" area.

Noted on poky master @ d4585fa23d56a58c583ee33db067a23177a936b1

To reproduce:

1. Set up toaster environment as described in the manual: steps 1-3 of http://www.yoctoproject.org/docs/1.8/toaster-manual/toaster-manual.html#using-toaster-in-analysis-mode
2. Start toaster in analysis mode from the command line: source toaster start
3. Start a bitbake build from the same command line, e.g. bitbake busybox
4. Open toaster at the all builds page: http:localhost:8000/toastergui/builds/ (Note that the build started in 3 should still be running when you try this.)

Expected:

The ongoing command line build should be visible in this area.

Actual:

No in progress builds visible.

Note that if the ongoing build is the only build, the "latest builds" area is completely absent; however, if builds have been completed previously, they are shown correctly in a "latest builds" area.

I've attached a couple of screenshots that show how the all builds page in analysis mode should look like when:

1. You have one build in progress, no builds completed (1-build-in-progress.png)
2. You have one build in progress, and one build completed (1-build-completed.png)

Rather bizarrely, this now seems to be working. I will investigate it some more, as it definitely wasn't working earlier.
Comment 5 Elliot Smith 2015-09-10 15:33:56 UTC
I'm unable to reproduce this any more, and can't figure out why it was broken earlier, so I'm closing it.
