A bit of buildhistory for infrastructure is manual. While this is documented, it shouldn't be manual. Create a script that checks if buildhistory is set up on autobuilder startup for each machine we're collecting for and if not, sets it up.

Am I understanding correctly that we want this to be a part of the yocto-start-autobuilder script?
