Currently, the 'new build' button form seems difficult to use when no project is selected. The form has always a project selected except in 2 pages:

* all builds
* all projects

Here are some of the issues and possible solutions: 

* set the project selection in the above 2 pages to the project of the last build in the Toaster instance

* remove the 'save' button for the project field and save on selection of one of the type ahead entries

* provide an option to select from a list of projects (maybe to replace the link to the all projects page we currently have)

We have removed the 'new build' button from the web interface, so this should now be obsolete
