When triggering a build we currently just pass the recipe's name down the chain from libtoaster JS startABuild to projectbuilds 'targets' to schedule_build. This means that if there are two recipes in the same layer of different versions such as bash in openembedded-core then we just build what ever bitbake decides. We probably need to set PREFERRED_VERSION_recipe for each recipe we have been asked to build.
