Right now, if I search, then apply a filter, then click the 'clear search' icon, the search query is cleared, but not the filter. 

The filter, however, should be cleared: clicking that icon should bring back all table entries. 

This keeps things consistent with the underlying principle of 'search always wins' (i.e. after a search, filters apply to the subset of entries returned by that search). It also makes resetting the table after search + filter combinations faster.
