The pTest-strace fails because when run the test on the target, the test use the necessary files under the /usr/lib/strace/ptest/tests, the /usr/lib/strace/ptest/tests/init.sh use the variable "srcdir" to find the necessary files, the /usr/lib/strace/ptest/tests/Makefile define the variable "srcdir = ../../strace-4.11/tests", so it can't find the necessary files, my solution is change this varialbe when the build system do the do_install_ptest function. Using the string "ptest" replace the "strace-4.11", so I do this:
"sed -i -e '/^src/s/strace.*[1-9]/ptest/' ${D}/${PTEST_PATH}/${TESTDIR}/Makefile"

1 failure still came up on commit: 4b94b498e21aeba945fe7e72a6b7c4bb0314fb83 hence reopening this bug

this is fixed by commit 74b5088f1cc1708db43c33ac2dc7f01f4a4db9c1, but was removed days ago. I will close this defect, and send fix for new problem to oe-core.
