On poky commit: 8debfea81e69d038bd2d56314b272cb74f5582ed

test_recipetool_create_simple is failing.

Tested on Ubuntu 15.04, 15.10, CentOS 7.2.1511 and it is failing.
On Fedora 21, Fedora 23 and OpenSuse 13.2 it is passing.

This looks like "recipetool: create: don't create extra files directory unconditionally".  Paul?

If you mean it looks like that patch should fix the issue, I would say yes. It isn't in master yet.
