My last worktable build was done last week, so I had a look at the git commits from last week and think commit "bitbake.conf: Prune global OPTIMIZATION flags" (http://git.pokylinux.org/cgit/cgit.cgi/poky/commit/?id=5ea06dc295b657383fd97545c15255b294cf1a79) may be the cause. I sent a patch for this: http://git.pokylinux.org/cgit/cgit.cgi/poky-contrib/commit/?h=dcui/master&id=c9789f2d0873c6b8ff2ae3a7b338b72527cfbf02 Due to other issues, I've disabled this flag in master. We should apply the patch to the toolchain and fix the underlying problem as we're likely to add the option back in the future. Unluckily the patch (http://gcc.gnu.org/ml/gcc-patches/2011-01/msg01414.html) I got from http://gcc.gnu.org/bugzilla/show_bug.cgi?id=47361 doesn't work. Looks that bug of gcc only happens in c++0x mode while we're not. I've asked about this in gcc bugzilla. Just tried with commit bcc817ee058bbab91d6e88a3e1e867a4ff09aeca from Thu Mar 31 13:31:27 2011 and it compiles now.
