The source URI only has version ncurses_6.0 available

  ftp://invisible-island.net/ncurses/current/

A backport of ncurses6 from poky master branch works.

There are also alternative ncurses_5.9 tarballs at

  ftp://invisible-island.net/ncurses/5.9/

though not the ncurses_5.9-20150329 version the current jethro recipe wants.

Not sure what the preferred solution will be so not offering a patch.

Luckily we have this file in the yocto source mirror (http://downloads.yoctoproject.org/mirror/sources/ncurses-5.9-20150329.tgz).

Fixed in oe-core jethro d64047b2e28f89b0efbfbced48149e1a86babc61.
