When constructing the companion filesystem (and IMAGE_GEN_DEBUGFS = "1" is set).

When the filesystem is set to 'tar.bz2'  The companion filesystem fails with:

 pbzip2: *ERROR: File [core-image-minimal-qemux86-20160419134145-dbg.rootfs.debugfs_tar] NOT found!  Skipping...

or a similar fault when set to "tar.gz", but instead running gzip.  (The filename is incorrect.  It should not be looking for 'debugfs_tar'.)


If the value is set to 'tar'.  The system constructs and them immediately deletes the companion filesystem it generated.
