    qemu: Add dropped glflags.patch

The above commit addes the patch, but it doesn't apply -- needs rebasing.

The do_patch failure was fixed by the above commit, but now we have a do_compile failure:

I can't reproduce it. "bitbake qemu-nativesdk" works well on my side with master @
f285547a3820f394f7dd9dd974f876353d4ddc6c

Ok, let me mark it as VERIFIED (WORKSFORME).
Once we notice the issue in future, we can reopen it.
