The xsettings-client code was meant to be a copy-and-paste module, not a shared library.

libmatchbox should stop linking to the library and instead copy-and-paste from either the "canonical" source (https://cgit.freedesktop.org/xdg/xdg-specs/tree/xsettings) or GTK+3, depending on what is best.

Then we should delete the libxsettings-client recipe entirely.

    libxsettings-client: Remove as unneeded
    
    xsettings-client is not meant to be a shared library and the only
    user in oe-core (libmatchbox) now has an in-tree copy.
