Toaster has a post method that allows uploading events that have been output by bitbake to allow toaster show the builds as if it had been "listening" to an actual build.  Bitbake events are dumped using the '-w WRITEEVENTLOG, --write-log=WRITEEVENTLOG' flag.

We should
1) verify this feature still works or fix it
2) add it to the docs
3) if using it as a quick Django test is feasible, we can explore this methodology.

The script has been fixed. Working on using it for testing.
