When you look at the "build summary" for a build in Toaster, we are currently listing the README_-_DO_NOT_DELETE_FILES_IN_THIS_DIRECTORY.txt file under "Other Artifacts". This file isn't really relevant in the Toaster context since you're not in a position to delete files in that directory, so I would strongly suggest hiding it.
