Created attachment 3177 [details] concatenation of project name and location First, it seems pretty odd that, if what we need is an existing poky directory, we ask the user for a project name and a location in different fields. It is quickly understood that what you are asking is the poky folder as a Project name and the base folder for the poky folder as "Project Location. Wouldn't it be better to have a Project name as an eclipse-level identifier (to appear in the project window), and the project location to browse for the whole directory structure? Either way, the code is weirdly concatenating the directory structure. I attached an example of it. In the example, I have my poky directory in "/home/humberto/test-poky". I set Project name to "test-poky" and project location to "/home/humberto" (via the browse button, I didn't modified this myself). Automatically the window believes that I have my directory in "/home/humbertotest-poky", which is clearly wrong. I would prefer a better solution to this window (as stated at the beginning of this description), but a fix to this concatenation is the least we can do here.
